Return & Refund Policy

• Raise a return request within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@fabrickart.in (order number in the subject) or calling +91 70142 44944, with the reason for return.
• Unstitched fabric in original condition can be returned within 7 days of registering the return request. Wrong or defective products are refunded or replaced.
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
• Fabric that has been cut, stitched or customised cannot be returned.
• Return address: Shop 5 & 6, Udita Tower (First Floor), Radha Ballabh Marg, Sanganer, Jaipur 302029. Please pack the fabric with tags intact.
• Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product back in good condition, to the original payment method. Only the product price is refunded.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
